The hotel is located in "via Siderno" and it's 9,5 km far from the colosseum. It should be just a 20 minutes drive, but remember that there can be traffic jam.

with not traffic ( like at 3 a.m.) 20 min. if not 40.
But the center of Rome is close to normal traffic , only car with special pass can enter.
The best way is to park at the closest metro station an take the metro: there's a metro stop in front of the Colosseum.
