The shuttle bus between Orio al Serio and Milano Centrale train station takes about an hour - sometimes longer depending on traffic conditions. If you'll be going during the rush hour plqan on it taking longer. I've taken the bus several times. You can check the schedule and confirm the duration at the bus website: http://www.orioshuttle.com/?a=1&arg=0&l=e and the airport website: http://www.sacbo.it/Editorial/newsCategoryViewProcess.jsp?editorialID=2656¤tMenu=2175. There are two or three companies that provide buses between Molan and Orio al Serio.
