Its nearly 600km, so about 6 hrs, including a couple of toilet stops and depending on traffic. Depends as well if you are used to driving on italian motorways/roads. Remember the limit is 130km and to be careful beacuse there are speed cameras along the motorway as well now. Drive with your headlights on in Italy as well. Even during the day!

On the Autostrada I used to make it in just over two hours. is is about 300 miles. 150 MPH is alright if you can handle it.
