it depends how big..and where!!! in the city center it maybe cost u 10.000€ to 20.000€ for a square meter!!! it's so much expansive!!! in dollars, for 100 sqmt (1076 sqft) i maybe cost u 1.540.000,00$ to 3.080.000,00$!!! |

Think that a two bedrooms apartment cost 600.000 euros at least. Nowadays to buy a bar or a restaurant in the city center is even more difficult because rich Chineses are looking to buy and they pay cash. |
