How to find work in Genoa, Italy? ?

Also Since Italy is in the eu, and I have eu citizenship does that mean that I will be able to legally work there without some special visa?

Yes, with a passport from another EU country you can legally work in Italy. However, it will certainly help your job prospects if you speak Italian, and if you have training or experience in something useful.
