I'm not going to do your hw for you so look up info on the House of Sforza and its role in the Renaissance, the Battle of Marignano and subsequent rule under Louis XII, the Battle of Pavia, and Charles V's abdication. That will cover the Milanese from 1400-1600 roughly. For Naples, look up info on the aftermath of Alfonso I's conquest.
