Whether or not you need a visa depends on the country that you're a citizen of, not where you live. Check the website of the British Foreign Office for requirements.

Depends on what passport you are originally holding - and make sure that it is still valid for travel.

But why on earth are you posting this question in the MILAN, ITALY section?

Are you from Italy originally? If you are, then no, you do not need a visa.

If you hold an Italian passport - you can even live in England if you want !!
