I'm moving to Milan and i'm really nervous..advice?

My parents decided that they want to move to Milan but i'm really nervous but kinda excited.I'm from and live in Ireland at the moment, and i'm 15.

I'm just worried that i won't make friends easily in school because i heard that the people are'nt really friendly. Is that true?

so i would greatly appreciate some advice :)

Thank you<3

Cara "Italiana" (per modo di dire) penso tu sappia bene ke qui al sud siamo notoriamente più accoglienti...!!
Sorry
I'm sure you are a nice person so you'll be able to make as many friends as you wish! Plus, you'll love our country!
Good luck!

Oh my dio, I wish my parents moved to Italy when I was 15!
Relax and love the adventure!

Milan is terribly urban and so has everything any large (European) city can offer - good AND bad and plenty of places for a teenager to hang out. Do your best to learn Italian. Choose your friends carefully and have tons of fun... Milan really isn't the best city in Italy. It's great fun but not all the best to live in.

No problem.
We are very expansive and friendly.
In Milan there is a lot of fun and culture for a teen.
Just beware of gypsies and extra EC people not at work.
If you need help just make a whistle.

what??? we are friendly! and personally... i'm happy if you come here...
i live in milan... you will see... it's a very amazing city!
you'll go to high school and if you choose a "liceo linguistico" you will do a lot of english (of course you'll have good marks!) and other languages! there are many of those in milan... i attend one of them (last year... and remember that high school lasta 5 years, not 4 unfortunately)... you will make a lot of friends and you will go out a lot during the week end on saturday night...
and then shopping... the best shopping ever...
com'on... don't be sad about it...
you can always get back to ireland when you are older...
