Venice is a city like no other in the world. The real joy in Venice is the neighbourhoods. Go for a walk. As the guidebooks say "Get Lost" You'll love it. Let Venice discover you. It is wonderful.

Hi! I'm Italian... people say that Venice is the lovers city... but i don't like it. It's dirty and it smells... if the weather is rainy you have to walk on the platform because of the water... but go there so you can have a your opinion!
