If driving 650 miles one way with 4 kids under 12 in a minivan, having to stop every 3 hours to use the bathroom, listening to yelling and fighting, and are we there's yet for 12 hours before we got where we were going and then having to do it all again 2 weeks later, counts as a vacation... then yes, I have been on one.

Yep, my husband and I went to Las Vegas in May for 8 days. It was beautiful once we got out of the city. |

When I retired from where I was working there wasn't anything in the brochure that said anything about a vacation.
Did I miss something? I want a vacation now after you ask this question.

I have not gone anywhere recently it is very hard sometimes. I can undestand I hope you are able to take a vacation for yourself soon we all need them. Even if you cannot go to far it is nice to get away. |
