look, I'm Italian and I live in Verona, if you look for clothings, that's what I can tell you:
- the "megamall" used by Italians usually is the downtown (city center) because there, there are all fashion brands you want: for example, here in Verona you find expensive brands, like Gucci, D&G, Armani, Cavalli, Prada, Replay, Diesel, but also other shops like Double Five, Little Italy, Macondo, Fiorucci, Coin, where you can find very very good clothes, but expensive ( Diesel's jeans: 170 €; Replay's jeans: 145€)
- you can find also cheaper clothings shops in the downtown too, they're usually big "multi-levels" stores, or Made-in-China clothings...
In alternative, you can go, by car, out of the city and go to stores, malls, outlets ecc, but don't think that good clothings are much cheaper, they don't. Maybe ... 5% less? What I suggest, is to look for clothes in the downtowns of cities, which are soooo beautiful, and you can find everything in them :D |
