Someone who is from a non-English speaking country and wants to work in Italy doesn't need to speak English. The medical services in Italy are almost entirely monolingual, and it would be more beneficial to speak Arabic, Romanian, Bulgarian, Chinese or French than English.

The Italian Government has a website where you enter your country of citizenship and country of residence (legal, registered residence that is) and it tells you what type of visa you need and how to apply for that visa. The website is in English, Italian, French and Spanish.

In general you should apply for a visa in your country of citizenship or residence, and you'll need a letter of support and copy of your employment contract. For more information check the website.

it's a long process. and first of all, where are u from?

Your English needs some polishing. Go to the consulate office in your city. Corrections on our spelling 1. Italian. 2. Doctor. Depending where you want to travel. You must go to that countries consulate and apply for a visa. Passports are issued in your country. Check with your State Department Office.
Hope this helps.
