We went for a weekend at the end of August and it was wonderful it was warm but not miserable. And the sun shined every day although we did get some rain showers in the evening. Perfect weather for eating at the wonderful outdoor cafe's! |

i wuz in venezia last july. It is pretty warm but isnt tolerable. Rain is ok.
I found the place very dirty and felt 2 days of it were enough.
When you reach venice station by rail, there is a tourist info center on the right hand before you leave the station complex, they sell the cards there which u can use to travel on the boats (besides one's legs, this is the only other mode of transport there)
There are many restaurants which are expensive so we fed in mcdonald's. Remember all the cheap flights to there will leave u miles away from actual venice. (e.g Venice trevisio is almost one hr away from the city)

Only answering the weather, general info part of this.... Weather in my 2 trips was 80ish and we got rain. Who cares? Its still the most amazing place on earth. Really. Romantic, exciting, fun.
We stayed right next to St. Marks, and loved it. No dirt.
I would make sure to get A/C wherever you stay. While i could have endured the 75 degree night, that AC was fantastic, e.g. during day when we came back and napped. |

We went to venice...in my opinion..venice sucks....water is gross and its hot....Croatia is beautiful (Dubruvnik) AMAZING trust me |
