Last year I used www.to-tuscany.com and they were very honest and the service was good. I believe they have a variety of options. It is all English-speaking too so you can be sure you understand what you are getting. We stayed near Lucca where there were lots of lovely shops and our villa had a pool.

Try www.italyretreats.co.uk Speak to Rebecca on the number provided. She can source property to rent or buy. Last year she helped us make a dream come true with our dream holiday home. She can also rent out the property for you if you wish like she dose for us. Her website is currently promoting specialized holidays, don't let that put you off calling her. Use my name when speaking to her and explain what your looking for. she's based in London and Tuscany and a angel.(honest!) Good luck !
