And then I would invest in myself -- exercise, health counseling, etc.
With $20 million, you have enough to live on for the rest of your life -- why worry?

Real Estate! Definantly. You will make money when the houses appreciate. On top of that, while you are waiting for the houses to appreaciate you can make $$ by renting the houses out.
Damn i wish i was older. I could have gotten in on the real estate boom here in California before the home prices got out of reach. I could sell my homes today and just count my fortunes. |

Set up a shell corporation or trust and buy several houses and a car. Renovate all the houses and then you can probably count this and the depreciation of your car against tax. Oil and gold are obviously good as well. Diversifying is probably the best strategy in the long term. |
