Im going to Rome and want to see the Pope; im not Catholic, will this hurt my chances?
Don't worry!
You can go to see the Pope, anyone can see him Sunday morning at San Pietro square.
But remember that you have to have a way of dressing respectful of religion of the believers.
I'm Italian and Catholic

This pope isn't as cool as the last one
=^_^=
Not if you go to his Sunday mass and dress nicely (ie: by Catholic standards). I'm sure he'll welcome anyone. If nothing else, you can pretend you want to convert to Catholicism for a day.
