In tours, do they usually FLY or DRIVE from Rome to Siena? (They're both in Italy)?
It's not worth the cost or effort to fly between Rome and Sienna. Tours will take you on a bus or if it's a private tour for a small number of people in a car or van.
There are also train connections from Rome to Siena that take around three hours including the time for a train change in Chiusi or Grosseto (12.90 euro 2nd class via regional trains).

I'm italian... well, normaly from rome to siena we drive, or we take a train.. it has no sense taking a plane, even because rome is far just 250 from siena... and so, i dont think there are some planes for that trip.. maybe you should rent one, but then will be really expensive.. better take a train...
