I'm Italian, live in Pisa which definitely deserves a visit. You know, the Leaning Tower... :) One hour away there's Florence, reinessance city, my favorite :) You can't miss it! Lucca: a small town with an increasing tourism. "Cinque Terre": not in Tuscany but very close: delighful villages on the water, you'll love them, everyone does ( the name means five lands ). What else, Siena and Chianti area.
Are you going to stay in Tuscany for so long?
Probably you could spend some days at the beach if you like it. There are wonderful places with rock, not sand, near Livorno. Castiglioncello for example is adorable. The weather is excellent in june usually.
I was about to forget Volterra and San Gimignano. They both worth a visit. They are small villages on an hill with narrow roads and typical souvenirs to buy like objects in marble. San Gimignano is famous for its old seven towers as well.
Bye :)
