I lived there for 5 years.... and I would have to say.... yes to most of your questions. But in reality, it is going to be what you make it. It sounds like you have an open mind, you like to try new things, see new places, try new foods and sample the local fair (men or women). I think you'd love it anywhere. But seeing how you think Italy is for you.... go for it. you'll love it. But keep in mind, it's like any place around the world, there are good people and bad. and italy does have it's share of bad.... for example... naples is one of the most dangerous, dirtiest places in all of europe. the trash and filth is 100 times worse than any big city in the states... even Detroit (yeah, it's that bad...) but the food and most of the people are great. Rome has allot of pickpockets... and they work in groups. ALWAYS, ALWAYS WATCH YOUR BACK. but all in all, you'll have a great time. just keeps your senses and you'll be fine. one thing is for sure... Italy has culture, and beautiful women. My biggest, best piece of advise is to learn Italian NOW. you won't believe how much it'll help.
good luck, buona fortuna.... |

Italy is fantastic country for food, girls, culture, arts, landscapes, but there are a lot of economical and political problems ... |

nope, they aren't... but actually the girls are beautyful and people is nice.
moreover the landscapes (both mountains and seas) are pretty fantastics and, obviously, the food is great!
best place for your stay:
Firenze (florence): culture, landscape, food and very nice people;
Roma (Rome): history, shopping, food and "Dolce Vita"
Milano (Milan): fashion, shopping, food, business and ME! |

the women are generally naturally good-looking with good skin and they are generally fashion conscious and dress well. not to mention the good food, the history and the natural beauty. to me, it's the best. |
