Italy - 2 prongs round plug and the voltage is set to 220-230v

all of europe is on 220 duh. Italy is in Europe. Milan is in ITaly.

Hence, in Milan electricity is at 220 V. Note that laptops have all an in-build adapter, you can use them on both 110 and 220.

As you are at it, plan to get a plug that will work... and good luck to find it!
