To my knowledge there is not such city, the world has few meanings though

1) before

2) first one (female)

3) company name as other poster reported.

4) female first name (usually given to first offspring)

5) very rare last name

I'm sorry. I don't think that it's a real city.

Hi. In the italian Wikipedia there isn't an article about a city called Prima, so i guess it doesn't exist.

The website some one else linked (http://www.prima-italy.com/ ) is the website of a factory.

There is the village of Prima Porta that is a suburb north of Rome: http://www.geody.com/geospot.php?world=terra&map=col&ufi=-125842&alc=csl

It's known for a statue of Augustus which is now in the Vatican Museum: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sabreur/3064448829/
