Is a passport required to get into San Marino in Europe if we already showed one to get in Italy?
I am planning on going to Italy summer 2007. Since the country of San Marino is enclaved by Italy, would we need a passport to get in? Is there anything else that I should know about San Marino? Additional Details The most thorough responce with relevant links will get my vote. Thanks in advance.
you should have a valid passport or identity card with you, but i hardly think it will be controlled. the only thing i kwow for sure is that you can do taxfree shopping in san marino. the san marino euro coins are very hot for people who collect coins.
