In addition to the Wednesday morning audiences, The Pope gives a blessing to all gathered in St. Peter's Square every Sunday at noon. He appears in the open window of his apartment overlooking the Square.

Well, I saw him when I went but it was pretty much luck that I did. I had never seen so many brides either. See, what was going on was that people were getting married in his presence outside of the vatican doors.......we also got to see him ride around in his "pope mobile". :)

Pope is a servant of God, he loves all people in the World.
He talks to all people in the World regardless of colour, religion, sex or relationship status.

snoweagleltd
A lot more possible than seeing him in Nordstom's.

Yes, the Pope grants audiences. You can apply to attend. Here's a great website.

ok yes alright's answer is correct. We were in Rome last month and went to the Wednesday audience at the Vatican. Tickets aren't absolutely necessary; you can enter the piazza without one, but you won't get a seat and you'll be far away.

captmhunt
Yes... It used to be once a week, but I don't know what the schedule is now... if at all. All you got to do was see him ride by in the popemobile, anyway.

Papal audiences are held every Wednesday morning. You need a ticket to enter, so to arrange an audience call this number Tel: 011-39-06-698-83017
You can also arrange it online through Santa Susanna, the American Catholic Church in Rome. http://www.santasusanna.org/popeVatican/tickets.html
