I live in Pisa and yes it's true. the second one is the bell tower of the church on Via delle Piagge. Honestly I don't know anything about the third one in via santa maria even if I spend most of the day there! I'll take a look, promise!
Anyway, only the "true" leaning tower is famous.

In Pisa we have a total of 3 leaning towers.
Aside the famous Torre Pendente in the Miracles Field there are other 2 leaning towers (though much less leaning and less renowned) located one towards the end of Santa Maria's street and another one in the Piagge's area, close to the Arno's riverside.

yes absolutely if you look at it from the west it leans to the east and you look at it from the east it leans to the west

There are a lot of towers in Italy (and other places) that lean visibly. There is another tower in Pisa that leans, but not as much as the famous one. There are some interesting leaning towers in Venice.
