the change â‚¬-$ is 1.40, but i italy it's a debit awful.
italy had got maaaaaaaaaany darlings in milan, venezia, firenze, rome, naples,ecc.
it's beautyful!!!!
in the south italy there are as a lot as the north, but the south people don't pay cesses, it is the crime: cosa nostra, camorra,'ndrangheta, nuova sacra corona unita.
total is about 70000 mafian peole.
but they are 59 million educate people, not all the italian are mafians!
they are most popular and fmuos italians in the word: valentino rossi, valentino(stylist), d&g, the soccer players, ecc.

The country is wealthy... that's why there are so many politicians... so they can pad their pockets.
Italy is a wealthy country as it is the 6th industrial power in the world. But don't tell this to many pensioners that have to live from hand to mouth.

Wonderfull question ! I am italian and I try to expley you..The problem is that also italian people don't know ! Our houses are wealthy..our street are full of rich cars..Amusements are expensive..But discoteque are full of young boys!..The problem is that our economy is going down ! Many factory are closed duryng 3 last years..(invasion of Cina products).
We have a lot of unemployers (yung boy) but we are full of big moto..In general we are poor , but prices don't go down ! It is a " mistery"! No homless on the road..no money in the banks !
It is a funny country, every economist look at it! Tryng to understand ! Also I (that I ave travelled in all the World) don't understand ! the certainty is that is fine and wealthy in comparison to rest of Europe..
Excuse my poor english !

in Italy if you earn 1,000 euro per month as an employee you have to feel lucky and keep your post but workers get starting from 800 euro. The rent for a small condo (two bedrooms) starts from 600 euro per month, bills excluded. Guess how wealthy we are.

It is wealthy in hospitality, food, entertainment, houses are very rich looking. My mom was born in Benevento which is about an hour from Naples. When my mom last went they were digging up the streets to do some repairs and found a whole other city from back in Ceasers time underneath the city she was born in. I found that to be very fascinating. Big huge lion head statues as well as other stuff. Amazing but very beautiful country. My mom visits every year.

Money wise no! The more south you go the more poor they are are. The unemployment rate is almost 30% in some parts of south with lost of stealing and crime. The more north you go the more money they have the more education they have and the more manors they have. The people that are weathy are the people that have something to do with the mofia in some way.
