Is shopping in Florence expensive?

Mimi Di
It depends what you are shopping for.

I bought some serving dishes that were very reasonable, and also some leather items when I went to the Leather School. friend of mine bought a gold necklace for much less than it would have been in the USA. Go on a Florence website and look up shops and bargain suggestions. Don;t miss the little shops along the Ponte Vecchio. And touch the old stones of the plaza fountain for me.

Yes it is, but there are great stores there. Anything leather is the best in Florence.

Jack Tax
