Yes, the grass is greener on the other side of the world no matter where you live and that means the world is your oyster. Is there a pearl in it?

I once heard someone say that if the grass IS greener, then it means they are taking care of their lawn. So, I would say that yes, since other countries take better care of their citizens (i.e. accessible health care, etc.) then the grass is greener on the other side of the world-in some places. Again, it all depends on the society, the culture, the values of the particular place.
