I am assuming that you are flying in from Paris to Venice and are looking for transfer from the airport to your hotel. First, there are water taxis right outside the airport. It's a really small airport and a short walk to the watertaxi. I believe this is about 20Euro per person. They will drop you off at your hotel on the canal side. Word of warning. They are difficult to get out of. There were two older women in our taxi had a very difficult time getting out of the taxi, the driver had to heave her out while one of the hotel staff had to pull to get them out. You can also take the water taxi for about 2Euro. Our hotel was very close to the termini, so there was a stop right there and it was really easy to get on and off the bus.

Venice is in Italy, so I don't know how you're going to "Venice from Italy." YOu can probably go on a boat, but once you are on the outer parts of Venice, you need to walk or take a boat, no cars are allowed.

You can take the railway system to Venice from the airport. It's around 15 euro per person depending on how many bags you have. Once in Venice, you can take a water bus or walk to your hotel. If the railway doesn't work, skip the boat transfer. Take a taxi to the Island, yes, cars are allowed at the entrance. It will be cheaper than taking the boat transfer.
Here is a time table for the railway system from the airport to Venice:

Can you read Italian? If so:

There is no boat from Treviso to Venice. You'll have either take the bus or a taxi. the bus will run you about 5 euro and the taxi probably as much as your discount ticket from Ryan Air.
