Is there transportation going directly from Rome to Pisa?

I'm going on a trip to Italy in April and I'm wondering if there is any transportation or tours going directly to Pisa from Rome and back. Thanks.
Additional Details
BTW---much of my trip will cover southern Italy and Sicily, so Florence or Venice will not be in my itinerary.

Rome to Pisa by train is 3 to 4 hours; straight or via Florence.

Take the train... The leaning tower is less than an hour's walk from the train station, it's across the river and that is the ONLY thing in Pisa worth seeing

There are buses and trains, the trains is the easiest way. You can go to go to Florence and then take the Eurostar and it's faster. You will arrive in the center of Rome and from there you can take either buses or the metro to get around.

Michael
The train would be the best way to go. The trains in Europe are much better than the U.S.

Ciao!
yes, you could take the train:

or plane:
http://www.skyscanner.net/
but I think plane is more expensive than train...
Give a look to the price of tickets...
I hope it helps you..
Ciao!
