Have you taken him to court for support? (I can't remember) You need to if you haven't. Hit him where it hurts. Don't let him get away with being totally irresponsible. If he doesn't wanna see Brayden, fine, but he needs to help support him no matter what. |

Have you taken him to court yet? He might not pay unless they garnish his wages but if you wait patiently you can have him put in jail for lack of paying. They will probably give him visitation which he probably won't take advantage of. Depending on where you are after I believe 3 years of no contact or support you can have his parental rights revoked. You can't get child support after that but you don't get it anyway and you won't have to put up with his bs anymore. |

Okay, please explain to me why you haven't taken him for child support if he has money to drink, he has money to pay for a child! If you are worried about him being a jerk and trying to go for custody, well you have pics of him pretty wasted don't you! On top of all of this.... your child deserves to have some extra time with you and some extra things to do..courtesy of his father paying some damn support! |
