we have for breakfast (6-11am): cappuccino/coffe/fruit juice/milk and to eat cornetto, cookies, corn flakes some chocholate.
lunch (1-3p.m.) pasta with pomodoro, meat/fish and fruit. if you are at work, a piece of pizza, or bread with something, or salad.
dinner (7,30-22 p.m.) sometimes pasta or meat/fish (we generally have only one) or cheeses with prosciutto, bread, toast, something fast to prepare. when we have dinner away, there's the possibility of eating pizza, anyway we eat it once a week,not everyday |

When I live in Italy in the summer we generally have some sort of cornetto for breakfast and cappuccino. "Lunch" is usually the biggest meal of the day. Normally there's a lot of vegetables, potatoes, pasta and small cuts of meat like sausage or meatballs. For dinner I usually leftovers or pizza. |
