Italians: What does "che zizz" mean?

I read it on a forum somewhere and someone was writing a comment in italian. Is it slang? I don't speak italian.

gei e gei - Why do I have to be italian? LOL
Someone wrote this on a internet forum and some of the comments were italian. I couldn't find out what the word "zizz" meant. Now I know. Hehe.

It would actually be Zizze even though the e is hardly proounced.

It is a very colloquial term from the Neapolitan area praising breasts:)

A very similar variation is Zinne but I believe it is more Sicilian.

It's not extremely rude, though I'd limit it's use in a fun context where one might have enough confidence.

This is a slang for neapolitan people. (south of Italy)

It means like "What a big boobs!!!"

zizze means tìts, breasts, boops so i guess it means what a pair of tìts! Yes is slang as in pure italian you say tette....is a napoli and roma slang

hi! I'm an italian girl! "Che zizz" it's a sort of dialect and it means: "What a wonderful breast..." but it's not a polite way to sat it!!!
