I'm italian... Well,
10 cities : Torino (turin), Roma (rome), Milano (Milan), Napoli (naples), Venezia (Venice), Bologna, Palermo, Genova, Firenze (florence), Bari..

4 rivers : Po (652 km of lenght) ; Adige (410 km) ; Tevere (405) ; Adda (313).. But are also important rivers as Ticino, Piave, Arno and Reno.

4 islands.. Well, of course Sicily and Sardinia are the two biggest, and are also the only two islands-regions... But as important islands there are also "L'isola d'elba", "l'isola del giglio", Capri, Ischia...
There are also some important groups of islands, as the "Isole Egadi", "Isole Eolie" , then are also important islands as Ustica and Pantelleria.. they are all very important.

Population : Almost 60 millions people... To be correct, 59.715.000 millions...

Lakes: Lago di Como, Lago di Garda, Lago d'Iseo, Lago Maggiore, Lago Trasimeno, Lago di Bracciano

Volcanos : Stromboli, Etna (3340 metres); Vesuvio (1277 metres) and Vulcano. Stromboli and Vulcano are part of the Isole Eolie.
