Location suggestions for wedding in Italy.?

Have you ever been to a place, attended a wedding or had an experience that you thought would be perfect for a wedding setting. Can anyone suggest possible locations in Italy (including Sicily). Inland or coastal.

i think that a really beautiful place to get married in italy is along the italian riviera in a small town called Chiavari.. or Santa Margeritta

Malcesine is an excellent suggestion - I would definitely second that! I live an hour south of Lago Garda, and Malcesine is one of my favorite weekend destinations.

A couple of other suggestions -

Capri especially the Garden of Augustus. http://www.italian-weddings.com/italian_island_wedding_locations/capri_weddings.html (you might find some other interesting places in the links on this site too).

Ravello http://www.weddingsontheamalficoast.com/weddings-in-ravello/receptions/luxury-villa.html, http://www.amalfi-wedding-planner.com/eng/TipologiaMatrimoni.htm, http://www.villacimbrone.com/en/galleria.php

Hi - my boss's son has just returned from getting married in Italy and were married at a place called Malcesine Castle and their photos are outstanding. You can go and have a look at the place online at www.lakegardaweddings.com This company are the wedding planners and as far as I know organised every detail for the wedding party.
Hope this helps

The Aeolian Islands, especially Stromboli. That's where Ingrid Bergman met Roberto Rosselini. Make sure you've got an 'open limit' credit card in your wallet, and, keep 'signing your name!'
