Depending on what your style is like you could try vintage stores. If it's designer labels your into TK Maxx is brilliant - you have to be willing to rummage through lots of random rubbish stuff to get a good find but it's so worth it. They even do stuff for the home as well! I love it!

Roman Originals outlet shops
T. J. Hughes if you have one near you has everything from megga cheap to medium priced well-known names
.Mill Shops.

I live in the Midlands and there is a little Town called Kidderminster which has a place called "Leading Labels" (reduced end of lines and Padders shoes), Christian Marcus Direct, T. J. Hughes, TKMaxx, M & S and Matalan all within strolling distance of each other. I park in Morrison's car park which gives you 2 hours 40 minutes free parking; Tesco gives you 2 hours and so does Sainsburys.
The other place I shop is Lichfield which has a Roman Originals outlet shop and a small T. J. Hughes, and if you are into making jewllery a fantastic bead shop called "Spellbound". The weekend market has a make-up stall. Two hours free parking at Tesco, then stroll down into the Town Centre
