Need fluent/native italian speakers help here?

my nana used to sing a song to us as kids and i need to translate it and use it for my italian class but i cant remember the words..it sounded like this "sega mulega nubala" and then there was something else but thats when she would tickle us and we couldnt hear what she said...as she sang this song she would hold us on her lap and rock us back and forth and then tickle us at the very end..can anyone help me here?

what are the real words and what is the english translation?
i tried to google it and look it up online but since i dont know the correct spelling and real words (im goin based on how they sound) i couldnt get far..thank u for any help u can give me :)

p.s i dont know if its a lullaby or a nursery rhyme or what..she would sing it to us from the time we were babies until we were about 4...no one in my family knows the real words and my nana died so we cant exactly ask her lol

I feel that's the one, "SETA MONETA" :

Seta moneta
le donne di Gaeta
che filano la seta
la seta e la bambagia
bambini chi vi piace
ci piace Giovanni
che fa cantare i galli
la chioccia coi pulcini
i galli e le galline
che fanno coccodèè
canta gallina
fa l'ovo domattina
vicino al gallo rosso
vicino al gallo bianco
che fa chicchirichìi
Seta moneta
le donne di Gaeta
che filano la seta
la filan troppo forte
e fan tremar le porte
le porte son d'argento
e fanno cinquecento
centocinquanta
tutto il mondo canta
canta lo gallo
risponde la gallina
Madama Colombina
s'affaccia alla finestra
con tre colombe in testa
Passan tre fanti
su tre cavalli bianchi:
bianca la sella,
bianca la donzella,
bianco il parafieno
Seta moneta
le donne di Gaeta
che filano la seta
la seta e la bambagia....
....bambini vi è piaciuta?

This is a lullaby not that popular in the whole Italy but rather common in the southern regions. I bet yr nana was from the region of Naples or some other southern area.
If that's the one you may email me (click on my profile for email address) and I will send you my rough translation into English (being the lyrics a mix of Italian, old Italian and dialect a few words are not exactly translatable). Also, since it's a lullaby, words make not too much sense; what's important to a lullaby writer is the rigmarole's rhythm and not the real meaning of the sentences.

Yes! I know exactly what u are looking for!
is "sedia sediola":

Sega segola
Leonardo va alla scuola
si porta il canestrello
pieno, pieno di pizzutello
la maestra gli fa festa
e lo butta dalla finestra.

At the last part you tikle the kid!

I'll write the translation later

ciao
Alessandro

Translation:
chair, little chair
Leonardo goes to school
he brings the basket (for the food)
full full of pizzutello (type of grapes)
the teacher eats all
and throw he out the window

it's either as martox45 suggests or she just sand some nonsense words to her made up tune.

it's really difficult to help you!
i'm italian but "sega mulega nubala" don't means nothing. look like an african language.
