And Tripadvisor is better than Fodors. Here's the Rome forum link - http://rome-hotels.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g187791-i22-Rome_Lazio.html |

I like Fodors, but i prefer Venere...www.venere.it
I stayed at Hotel King near the Spanish Steps and Hotel Patria near the Termini. All 3 stars...and less than $90 a night with free breakfest in the morning.
Hotels under 4 stars are crampy, but very comfortable...(usually a king bed, a small view, 13' tv, closet (with safe) and a small bathroom with a bidet)
it's not super nice, but it's safe and inexpensive. |

I suggest you Eurostars Palace via Nazionale 46 |

I never ever answer silly questions like this, but you might find your own answer on fodors.com, at the link below.
You think we are travel agents? You think we know what is expensive to you? You think we know what would make you comfortable?
If anyone answers, and you are like everyone else with that silly question, you are then going to post:
"Do they take pets?"
"Do they have ground-floor rooms?"
"Do they have nice decor?"
"Are they comfortable?"
"Will I like Rome?"
"Where can I get a passport?"
instead of contacting the place directly.
If you are old enough to travel, you are old enough to do your homework. If not, maybe you need to travel with an adult or in a supervised group.
And try learning the Italian words for
"Please",
"Thank you",
"Sorry",
"Hello"
"Goodbye"
"My name is ..."
At least do that much for yourself! |
