Siciliano is the correct spelling.
The pronounciation is
See-chee-li-ano (I hope I clarified it well enough.. sishiliano, like you wrote it may be just a tuscan accent in which we tend to make the CH sound softer like a SH sound, but it is not the correct sound for that syllable)
