If you are speaking about the Italian cities this is my opinion:

Rome, Florence and Venice are the best

Florence was my favourite. Then Venice. But Milan and Rome were good too.

I would say:
The Valley of Temples in Sicily,
Pompei, Capri ,Costiera Amalfitana and Naples in Camoania
Rome and Orvieto in Lazio
Siena, Florence and Pisa in Tuscany,
Bolognaand Parma in Emilia-Romagna
Milan, Como, Bergamo, Mantova in Lombardia
Venice Verona, Padova n Veneto

Rome is really great but I also loved Venice
