You should look online for jobs. Once you do that, contact the Italian Embassy. You'll need to get a work visa from them. Maybe they can also help you find a job.

Probably the biggest problem in Italy in the moment is the fact that there are so few jobs. My family there are constantly stressed about the competition for their job; Italians have huge problems getting jobs, how do you expect to get one?
Unless you have a special talent, you won't be able to get a job. But i reccomend that if you try for anything learn to be a barman, they get decent pay and those jobs seem more accessible.
