Wait a minute … you call yourself Italian, but you’ve never been to Italy or know anything about. That makes you about Italian as Chef Boyardee.

I'm Asian but I love Italy. I think that's one of the most beautiful countries in the world. If I were Italian, I would never leave that country.

I went to Italy twice. I just came back not long ago.

I also love Italian music, their designs and style such as Versace, Roberto Cavalli, Prada, Gucci, Docle & Gabbana etc..

Thumb down eh? Don't be jealous because I've been to Italy twice.

Geezzz, how can you be 100% Italian and ask a question like this? Read a book. Sorry, I really don’t mean to be nasty but how can you say you are 100% "something" and ask what your heritage is? Can you speak, read & write Italian? This should be your heritage - to know more about your patria and dispel all of the myths that the cinema has perpetrated over the years.
L'Italia e bella & piena di contraddizione.....

ppl in the south of italy r alot friendlier and italians in general really value their families and spend time w/them. also soccer is extremely important which sucked 4 me when iwas there bcause i'm not really interested in it. jobs r really hard 2 find in the south but it's supposed 2 be easier in the north. the food is soo much better than here especially pizza, sweets, and fruit. going to the beach in the summer is usually something that's done everyday and families usually spend the whole day.

I'm am going to Italy next month and have read a lot about Italy and its history. Italy has such an interesting history, a wonderfully diverse culture and I am told a people like no others in the world. (My grandmother was Italian.) It is well worth your doing some research. This website could not hold a sampling of interesting facts. Take the time, read up. If you don't like to read, there are many great websites describing this magnificent country.

italy's beautiful.. fulls of history, culture and art (two third of the world's cultural and art heritage are in italy!!)...the lands are awesome too..they're various from the alps, to the seasides, to the cities ect..the weather too..(winters not very cold..hardly ever temperatures go below -5..summers are very hot 32-37 degrees)
italy's famous for it's food and fashion know all over the world..but it's not all about food and fashion it's more..italy is a lot more and better...unfortnately you have to live there to know all the sides of italy (the good and the bad one)
so be proud of your italian heritage
you didn't tell us from which specific cities or regions you heritage come..if you tell us...we can tell you more
and good luck for your trip to italy...i hope you'll enjoy our country
