Well I am Italian, I tell you. First you must do the University for Foreigners at Siena And get degree in Italian Language. Good luck !

Everyone would let you in, specially in Universities for Strangers of Siena (www.unistrasi.it) or Perugia (www.unistrapg.it). Both Siena and Perugia are little towns, nice, funny and attended by lots of students.
But I think the first thing to do is learning a little Italian. You can't expect that all people speak English! Good luck!

hahaha:)) that should be kinda difficult for u since Italians can't really speak English so it will be up to you to learn Italian in order to be able to get along and understand them :P

I live in Italy and I've never met an Italian that could clearly speak English :)
