The Neapolitan people what do you think?

I love them =) !! I have so many friends in Naples. One of them invited me to stay with and his family this summer!!

If you have been to Naples and have been able to interact with them, what are you thoughts?

If you have not been to Naples (Italy) don't bother to answer this question....

I AM neapolitan!! i think naples is one of the most beautiful city in the world but a lot of people don 't think it...

Can I be your friend? And go with you to Naples?

I know exactly what you mean. I don't speak more than a few words of Italian, but the locals there more than made up for that.

They are very warm, friendly and animated. I hope you will be able to practise your italian (i read this on your other question!) because if they are speaking in Neapolitan you won't be able to understand a word! They also speak very fast, but its great to watch, you will even enjoy just watching them Its great when they start shouting and waving their hands and you think they are having an argument but really they are only talking about the weather!

You will have a great summer. Don't listen to all the negative things that have been said about Naples, look at all the positive things and you will have a holiday of a lifetime.

they are great! welcoming, fun, talkative and loud!! I have three AMAZING friends who are from naples so I can guarantee you won't get bored with them...plus Naples is incredibly beautiful. Enjoy your time there!!

they try to sell you everything and you have to bargain!

Be carefull with gold (necklaces, earrings, etc) and cameras

They are all good talkers and sometimes pushing a little

if you meet somebody be carefull, if good people then ok, but sometimes crime is easy there

well.
i'm sure most neapolitans are wonderful people although in italy they're extremely renouned for stealing..
