Natalina, Antonio, Zita, Vita, Bella, Graziella, Emilio, Basilio are not considered nice Italian names... most of them are quite old fashion and odd... I wouldn't name my child in those ways...
Mikele is not Italian... it should be Michele (ending A for a girl)... it is quite nice.
Alessandro/a are with only 1 "l" not two...

I would advise:
For a girl: Sofia, Federica, Francesca, Giulia, Vittoria (it is quite posh...), Giovanna, Marta, Martina.
For a boy: Federico, Francesco, Matteo, Filippo, Giovanni, Pietro. These names are all quite common and considered nice names by all...
