It is Italian, yet somewhat old and poetic style (may be it is an old song, a romanza).
And you have not written it right.

It should be "sebben crudele, mi fai languir sempre; fedel sempre fedele ti voglio amar con la lunghezza del mio servir la tua fierezza la tua fierezza saprò stancarla, tua fierezza saprò stancar, sebben crudele mi fai languir sempre, fedele ti voglio amar praticando l'italiano"

Though (you[?] are) cruel, you make me always suffer (lett. "languish");
faithful, ever faithful, I want to love you by persevering in my attending [he speak about his taking care of her beloved].
I will succeed in winning (lett. tiring) your pride
I will succeed in winning (lett. tiring) your pride
Though (you[?] are) cruel, you make me always suffer,
faithful, I want to love you by practicing Italian [!?]
