I love Italy and think it is beatiful, and have never been there, but my great grandparents are from Grotte Sicily, and I really want to go there. How much would it cost to go there? And I want to go to Rome, and Pisa, and I know a lot of Italian that I am learning in school.
Have any of you ever been there?

That depends on when you go. Where you are flying out of, and what airline you fly. Go to a travel web site and do the research. When I travel to Italy with my husband, and infant daughter we spend about $3,500 on plane tickets.

to get to rome, it will cost about $900-1350 depending on were you are coming from, it also depends on what season, book your flight first to get best prices, base all your travel of your flight, airlines prices are very diffrent from week to week were as hotels stay fairly consistant. |

When are you traveling and from where. If from the USA it ranges from $1200 during the peak season and holidays to about $550 during the low season and anywhere in between for between high and low season.
High Season = Summer and around Christmas/New Year
Low Season = January - April and September - December except holidays and school holidays.
During holidays it is in between. |
