How long do you have, and what part of Italy will you be in?

me
it depends when and how long you're gonne stay there. if you go in summer you must visit also the south of italy especially sardinia, sicily (you could see the volcano, etna) and capri (a little island near naples). if you go in winter also go in the very norht of italy, to see dolomiti mountains in trentino alto adige.
citys that you really gotta see are: milan, venice, florence, rome, naples. i just said the principal citys that most of the tourists visit, but if you have enough time you should also visit verona, turin, siena, trieste, bologna, perugia, pisa, pescara, catania...
i'm sure you'll enjoy italy!
