Go to Libya, get a boat, cross to Sicily, then you are there. Once and again they have these "SANATORIA" laws where you could get working papers.

Otherwise, apply for a student visa and once you get there as a student you can see what you do.
OR if you have relatives, they can ask for you to be "reunified" with them. But you have to be a direct relative (son, brother, father).

OR if you have any friend that lives there, he could request a visa from Italy, for you to come visit him (as a guest at first, it is called "OSPITALITA")

Also, learn the language, it´ll make your life easier.

Come to Doha on a visit visa. Get a job here temporarily. Apply for Italian visa while you're here...much easier if you have travelled already.

I HAVE FOUND A LOT OF ANSWERS ON LINE. EVEN SITES LIKE TRAVELOSITY IAND ORBITZ CAN BE HELPFUL BECAUSE THEY HAVE FORUMS. GOOD LUCK.
