I have been living in Italy for the past 10 years and I can assure you I never saw Italians the way I saw them that night. People were going crazy, running around downtown naked, singing, dancing, getting drunk. It was madness! I have pictures from downtown Vicenza and there were so many flags you couldn't see anything else! |

I'm pretty sure there were a lot of people in Italy. =D I mean, not everyone has the chance to go to Berlin, and since it's the summer, there might be some tourists in Italy (although most of the tourists would probably be in Germany). |

I got friends in Italy and they told me that it was massive, they went, and said everyone was just so happy! The case was the same for the Italian community here in Australia. We went off!! It was amazing, it was like a big party in the streets in Melbourne and Sydney, and everywhere else Italian were in Australia, it sort resembled how Italy was! I wish I had of been in Italy too dude!! |

I'm Italian but it was my first world cup !!! i went in a pub in the center of Turin and when it finished in the street there was pandemonium !!!
everyone with an Italian flag, people in cars tooting with flag out, trumpet...lots of trumpet...you could just ear a continuous sound of hundred of trumpet (i eared it also while sleeping...)...
everyone dancing,singing (poo po po po popooo ooo....), people naked, beer and spumante, pick-up full of people...
and there wasn't just Italian.. there was lots of immigrants too...
great night... the biggest party I've ever been !!! |

oh my god. yea i was. it was crazyness. horns honking from cars ppl yelling and cheering. fireworks. it was so awsum. i live in italy though.
it was an experience that ill never forget.
