Weather in Rome?

Can anyone give me some idea what the weather is like in Rome around middle of january

Polifia?
Mid Jan is pretty bloody cold. Check the usual weather forecast, even yahoo.it. May snow, usually around -1 to 14 degrees. Depends on the day.

Not too cold actually.... don't expect to find snow or anything of the sort... something between 4°13° (Celsius)
but it might get even warmer if you are lucky enough...
sometimes though, you may also find it freezing...
(I actually think that 4°C IS freezing...)
I would be surprised if it would snow....
remember that we grow palms and maritime pines in our gardens....
they would all die if the climate was cooler!

It's around 50F if the weather is nice. If it's bad weather, expect about 35-40F.

Bring a wind breaker and a warm sweater just in case.

Check out www.weather.co.uk. This gives you a ten day weather forecast, ans you can also check out annual statistics too.

In Rome it's usually rainy during this time of year. I use to think the winters in Rome were cold, but now comparing it the the US I'd say there somewhat mild. Usually stays around about 7- 16 degrees Celsius( 45 - 60 degrees Fahrenheit)

-edit-
Polifia I think you saw the degrees in Celsius. It's OK it's a typical mistake.
